  I ordered a pizza online they told me the pizza would be here at 5:45 or 5:50 well 2 hours if they said it was going to be here. Did my caregiver went and picked it up and they had to remake it and she brought it to me I was charged for delivery and he told me all kind of crazy stuff to get the $4 and something back for delivery they didn't even try to make up for it by giving me anything special or extra when I when I call there the dude said I was yelling at him and I was not yelling at him he said you're not allowed to do that I said sorry I'm not doing that I'm not yelling this is my normal voice and he said well I tried to make a deal with your caregiver and I said because I told her I'm starving just get the pizza and come on back I thought they would do something like complimentary because it took 2 hours they said they went to the wrong address and they tried to call me and they said they even looked up the old number I don't have the old number she gave him my new number and he was rude to me I'm trying to figure out why it took so long I will never order from that pizza place again he was smart ass and he said you don't have to ma'am I don't like your manager here in Hot springs can I making sure I'm telling everybody cuz everybody in my complex orders from dominos but I bet you they weren't going to do it no more

  Always my favorite store to order from but this time was not good. Ordered three items. A ultimate pepperoni over cooked and sliced very odd. Then a Hawaiian and paid extra for hand tossed. , this one the dough is raw. The third is the jalapeno chicken sandwich. The toppings came on the side as the entire contents where not in the bread upon delivery. He said I need to give him the pizza back to get a replacement. I said if im going to have to wait another 35 to rm45 minutes for my food due to your mistake im goingbto nibble. On this. The General Manager Stefan agreed to replace my order and is doing so. But hung up in mid conversation when I asked for compensation for time lost. Lol im hungry bro. Anyway. I hope they get it back together. Quality really matters in this world. And if it feels OK to send food out like this then you should reconsider buisness choices.

  Pizza was late and don't nobody got time for that when they are hungry! Called and spoke with someone who worked there because I tracked the pizza and it said it was delivered. The employee was like let me call and see where the driver was at. Come to find out the driver dropped the pizza off at another house! So the worker was like we will make another and it would take 10 minutes! (Yeah right!) The first order took 30 minutes so how is that possible. I then asked well for the wait and inconvenience could y'all throw in something free? He gets a attitude like he owns Dominos and was like "NO!" But y'all messed up! Do better! We had waited to long! Never experienced something like this at any Dominos before but ok. Just give me my money back at this point! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
