We asked if they were open? They said yes but had limited Ice cream. They confirmed that with all the ice cream being covered up in the the display cases. So technically it was closed and we were distrubing their early closing time at 7 pm verses what the sign said the door at was 8 pm. Ownership might want to look into how the store is managed. We just left and went to a Scoops and had a fantasic experience!

No waffle cones available at all. Options were cake or sugar. Five dollars for a small portion that didn’t even fill or slightly fill the bottom of the stale cake cone. This place is just ridiculous. Is the focus more on the dunkin? Overpriced ice cream. Franchise owner please step in, if your employees are grumpy it ruins an experience. I was not surprised to read the other reviews on here. This place needs a re do. For a tourist vacation town and for families in general, an ice cream shop does matter.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
