  Too much ketchup I got two cheeseburgers on the way home from work no pickles there was pickles on the cheeseburgers and there was way too much ketchup and mustard on one side when I bit into my cheeseburger I ended up with ketchup going halfway up my nose and the meat patties were way too salty couldn't eat them I threw them away

  Every time I order a cheeseburger with only cheese, mayo and onion .. they never get it right and it has to be remade. Tonight .. when I went inside to get them remade .. I also asked for fresh fries since they weren’t hot to begin with and I knew they would be ice cold once my incorrect items were remade. The employee on the line loudly complained what was wrong with them and then went on making other orders instead of fixing my items. The young manager, asked how much longer for my order and no response was given from employee (male 16-19 blonde/brown curly hair) so the young manager jumped on the line and made my order after a substantial amount of time. I should have had my whole order remade since the other items in my order became inedible while I waited. There was a senior manager on site but she was out in the parking lot doing a child switch… where as the exchange was happening blocking the handicap parking. I called back to the store and asked for the owners number . Which is posted on the drive thru window on a yellow sign. But was told they didn’t have it. If I could give zero stars I would ..
