  Waited over 40 minutes for a small pizza and 8-piece wings, and the staff didn’t respond properly when asked about the order. Horrible customer service, would not recommend!!!!

  This place doesn't deserve any stars, I only gave 1 star cause it wouldn't let me give a review without putting at least 1 star. I recently ordered from here and I paid with my debit card, I went through drive thru gave the lady my card she walked over to the register done my card came back to the window asked what my zip code was, I've never been asked for my zip code to use my card, but she asked me I told her and she was walking back to the register, I got a text that my card was charged the amount my food was $40.20, and when she put my zip code in I got another text from my account where another charge of $40.20 was made. I told the lady my card was charged twice she said it does that your fine, you'll get it back in a couple of days. I said I can't come back I don't live here, I live out of town she said you don't have to come back call me in a couple of days and we'll refund your money. I waited two days and didn't get a refund or hear from them, I've been calling this place all day trying to talk to the manger about my refund, and the general manger refuses to talk to me, he will hang up on me, I call back they pick up and hang right up, I call back and they don't answer at all. Each time I've talked to someone it wasn't the manger and they all tell me different, one said I have to apply for my refund online, one said I have to come in to get my refund, one said they'll issue my refund, I had two tell me today they'd issue my refund and it'll be on my card within the hour, I had one tell me that the general manger said hes not giving me a refund. I still yet haven't gotten a refund this happened Tuesday March 24, 2026 at 7:38pm, and it's now Friday March 27, 2026 12:12am. It's so dang frustrating 😤. I'm a single mom who works and busted my butt to make it, and this place doesn't want to give my money back.

  They take too long on anything I just had too wait forty she told me too hold up I did i call bck sum dude took my order but I had wait like I got lied too by her never again they so unprofessional need fire whole staff

  Placed my order online at 5:15pm, by 5:20 it was cancelled? Got a voicemail telling me they dont start delivering until 6:30?! What a shock; Domino's let me down again. Never again, Domino's - not if you were the last pizza restaurant on earth.
