  I want to give it 5 stars, but I can't.....my husband used to work for Taco Bell so I will be nice, I understand that mistakes happen. However, this location seems to frequently mess up our orders in a way that ends up costing us money. Or should I say wasting our money. Im afraid to go back yet again, and say they messed up my order and I need them to fix it because I don't want them to accuse me of trying to get free food or something weird. But.....just tonight, I ordered a customized burrito in whoch I paid a very hefty uncharted to add steak to my burrito, and of course since it was a drive thru order it wasn't until we got home that I realized the burrito didnt have any steak. It was a bunch of veggies and beans, with hardly any rice, and didnt have a single piece of steak in it. On top of that, the boxes that were labeled with receipts describing what was inside them were switched, but at least this mistake didnt matter, because all our food was there. Anyway, my husband even said that at this point with how many times our order has been messed up that this location must have some people who must not pay very good attention when they make the orders cause even whne he worked at Taco Bell, at another store, their employees were NOT allowed to mess up this badly, this often, or else they'd get written up. Which, I think is petty to get a write up for. And I dont want anyone in trouble. But also, I have probably lost a total of 15 dollars now, from missing items and also missing upgrades that I was upcharged for. And this is our second and last time ordering online, specifically, as well. I thought maybe ordering online would help, I wasnt sure but it was worth a try. But it seems it would be best to maybe take a break from ordering from Taco Bell in Heber Springs for a while, until some new people stat working there, or whichever current employees who are making these mistakes all the time, start to do better. Thanks for understanding. Sorry I have to write a 4 star review. I am.hoping to change it to 5 stars soon.

  Was great food, service, and was one of the cleanest Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to.

  They never fill my drink up all the way. It’s always low and sometimes I see them pour it out.

  Well hot damn I was expecting to go here to be highly disappointed but I was actually pleasantly surprised the food was hot fresh and it tasted pretty damn good especially considering horrible past experiences at different locations! I went to the Bryant location once and I'm not kidding they actually gave me burnt crispy chicken, parts of it were black it was unbelievable but this place really made my day!!!
