I came in around 3:30 AM, and there was no Subway staff present at the counter. When I asked the front staff at Love’s, they tried to cover for her, saying she was on a 30-minute break but it’s now been over 45 minutes and still no one has shown up. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers’ time. The attitude of the staff was also rude and dismissive, showing zero accountability or concern for proper service. If this is how the night shift operates, it’s a clear sign of poor management and lack of customer care. Definitely not what you expect from a brand like Subway.

As soon as I paid, she just left my order on the table without even handing it to me, and walked away angry to help other customers. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Definitely the worst Subway I’ve ever been to — I don’t recommend this place at all. They really need to do something about their customer service, because this kind of behavior drives customers away.
