  I think I got taken at the Harrison Arkansas location as I spent 80 bucks for 4 sandwiches and 4 drinks. Does that seem high?

  Ordered the roast beef and cheddar. I've had this several times before, but this time its like they forgot to put the meat on it. I had to taste the crumbles to figure out what they had put on it. Turns out it was the fried onions. I don't know if they had run low or if it was just a subpar day but the sandwich was mostly lettuce . I was very disappointed. The Italian club was made perfectly, so it was a 50/50 shot day. They were very nice and quick on service went through the drive thru, ordered in app.

  I order Jimmy John's regularly two or three times a week. In the last couple of months the service, food quality and time it takes to receive my food is ridiculous, even in the drive thru. Being served tomato slices today with the stem still on was my last straw. I hate it but I mostly wont be back. Something changed and the store has gone to the toilet. Maybe a manager issue, maybe a staff issue, these issues need to seriously be addressed.

  Although the food was good quality and meets other Jimmy Johns I've frequented, the music and atmosphere was sub par. Head banging music seemed way out of character for this establishment. Probably not a management decision.
