    Ok, dont ask questions, don't expect courtesy and don't expect your order to be correct. I got attitude, tone for asking ?'s and a bagel instead of a croissant. I wasn't even upset that they didn't have most of what we tried to order. No truck they said.

    Bailey and Kylie in the Harrison location. They are the sweetest most accommodating young ladies. I go and have a coffee every single day. Because of them, they make my special drink just the way I like it and I literally crave it and they're always so friendly and happy. Those two deserve a raise, they definitely know customer service...

    Lobby closed due to staffing, got order wrong twice and had to hand back in window. Very rude. Never ended up getting the right coffees. Bagel was “lightly toasted” to almost blackened. 3rd bad experience in a row. Done with Dunkins in Harrison for sure.

    I bought a Wake up Wrap and large black coffee because you don't offer flavored creamer 😡 I got my sandwich and you give me 1/2 a piece of sausage and 1/2 an egg white in this wrap??? Waste of money, fake processed cheese too. Go elsewhere ‼️

    Doughnuts were good but didn’t have very big selection. We bought 3 breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown, the sandwich’s were not good we ended up throwing them all away and the hasbrowns were soggy and only had about 6 of them in the bag. Our experience was not good would not recommend. The lobby was closed as well seemed very under staffed. The young lady who took our order seemed nice but seemed overwhelmed.
