Over the past few visits I rarely interact with someone taking my order that has a good attitude. It’s never “hi” it’s always what’s your phone number and what can I get for you, like this morning? The young lady that took my order had no smile on her face, which I get it It’s early in the morning. It’s warm outside and she would probably rather be doing a million other things, however, if you’re going to be at your job where you are working with the public, it is probably key to at least fake it. I work with the public, and have sent many people to the harrison location when they pass through- and they have said the same thing, a lot of the people (not all of them) who take the order, are rude. Anyways, the young lady that took my order this morning was very rude and I know she could sense that I was unhappy about that when she took my payment. She did not say thank you have a good day or anything of the sort, she simply handed me my card back and walked away and then sat down and talked with her friend- who was looking over at my car. I have been going to 7 brew since they opened the locations in Conway, and I have never had one person be as rude as the ones I have experienced at the harrison location. The young lady that handed me my drinks, I have had her before and she’s a gem! More should be like her! I will return simply because I like the drinks
