  Did an online order thought my drink was supposed to be a large but it came out of medium told the car hop kaitlyn that was supposed to be a large in with an attitude she said the receipt said it's a medium did not even offer to go and make me a large or anything like that even though I would have paid the difference just turned and walked away with an attitude is she is going to treat her customers like this then she does not need to be working in customer service like that definitely will not be back to this location

  The customer service is great. They are accurate, friendly & have great service. That said, the food is overpriced & is poor quality & it's a drive & order from your car fast food joint. A large iced tea with no extras is over $4+ (example). I can go to the grocery next door or the gas station nearby & get the same size fountain tea for about $2. Unfortunately, Subway is the only other fast food restaurant in the area. I try not to get food or drink from Sonic unless I'm desperate & weather is bad.
