Why would I want them to remake it? To mess it up again or spit in it? No thanks..and to get a credit? I'm not ever coming back. Tired of restaurants making horrible food and then not having a refund policy? Or no sense of wanting to make customers happy.. well, I decided I'd just go to dominos and low and behold it actually had sauce AND the extra pepperoni I asked for. Good riddance pizza hut. ✌️

I've worked restaurants all my life idk what they have going on but we are reporting them to bbb. Paying for food and not getting what you ordered and them not fixing it is crazy!
