  I have been a customer at this particular Pizza Hut for several years and up until a few months ago Things were not too terribly bad… It was essentially just a basic Pizza Hut no better or worse than any other regular one but A few months back I started having problems with both my orders and the quality of the food…Most of the times they got the order wrong in one way or another and a couple of times the chicken on the wings were ROCK HARD… To add insult to injury some of the times that there was something wrong with my order I didn’t even call back about it I just let it go But there were a few times that I did call back and back in January I called back and I was told by a female manager that I was the one who was in the wrong because if there was something wrong with the order I was supposed to bring the food back up there and even after I explained to her that I do not live in that town she refused to help me…when I asked what her first name was she refused to give it… I used to work at Pizza Hut and when I worked there it was absolutely a policy that not only do you have to have your name tag on but if a customer asks for your name you were supposed to give it (you do not have to give them your last name but you were supposed to give them Your first name if they ask for it) and because she refused to give it I Was not able to call The Pizza Hut corporation directly because I had no idea who to tell them treated me so horribly… All of this would’ve been plenty bad enough but very recently I had called in an order only to find out when I got to my destination that the pizza literally speaking did not have ANY cheese on it…and when I called back about it once again I was told that it was my fault… It is very obvious that the employees of this Pizza Hut have talked about me because I was told by this manager who would also not give me his name that they would not credit my account regardless of the situation… perhaps the craziest part that he told me is that they have not had any other problems or complaints with any other customers in the last several months which I know for a fact is a lie because I personally know people who have complained about their order being wrong or the quality being horrific… If the owner was to see this review I’m sure that these employees would simply try to deflect blame back on me even though all I’ve done is ask what I’ve paid for… I have been a customer at this Pizza Hut for years and I was shocked at how I was treated

  Came in to grab our pickup order and I guess someone drew the short straw to help grab it from the warmer behind the counter and hand it to me. Breadsticks not even seasoned

  Had a mixup with my pizza but they fixed it and were pleasent to deal with.
