  I have been to this sonic about 3 times in the past 2yrs. Aways hoping things would change,but no. Today I stopped about 2pm ordered a double smash burger,when I got it home and looked at it I was upset,all the meat that was hanging out from the bun was dried out. I know it had been made long ago,it even smells funny. I'm done,someone had over made smashed burgers and gest put it off to the side.

  Ordered a pretzel with cheese, a burger plain, and a wrap no tomato on 2/15/26 at 11:45. What I received was no cheese, a burger with everything on it, and a wrap with tomatoes. Normally I would just say someone messed up but messing up on everything we ordered really screams I dont care about customer service! Do better!

  Never has DoorDash turned on like they avoid turning it on so they don’t have to deal with it

  the service after 6 sucks. literally almost everytime i their buy food after 6 it takes almost 45 minutes for our food to come out and the chances of your order being the complete opposite of what you've asked for is higher than not. made the mistake of not checking first before i got home and they didnt get even a quarter of the food i asked for.
