She tried to blame one of her workers, “she’s deaf and she didn’t hear your order” was the comment Katrina made when I called to tell them my order was wrong. Katrina instantly hit an attitude and made up crazy excuse of why my order was wrong. If you know your worker isn’t capable of taking down an order, why would you risk her taking orders - furthermore if you knew she “didn’t hear my order” correctly, why not call the customer back to finalize the order?? I also made a review on Facebook and was blocked.
