You have to work extremely hard to get a 3.7 star review rating. That means almost half of your visiting patrons are giving you a one star rating.
If I were the owners of this establishment, I would pay attention to this. But, since it's a loan location in a very small town, nothing will water be fixed.
Today's mishap wasn't even that bad. But I'm just really tired of requesting something NOT be on my food just to find that they didn't read the order and through the stuff together.
Check your food.
I get light ice in my drinks. Now, im just going to start sending back my drinks regardless. Because there's no way of telling how much ice is in my "light ice" drink. The only way to actually know is whenever you've drink half of it and you see that the other half is all ice. So, just for good measure I'll be making sure I send it back even if they did the job correctly. Because I'll have no way of making sure they actually read the order unless I make them make the drink again.
So at the very least from this debacle, you'll be making at least twice the amount of drinks for one customer because I can't trust these employees enough to read the text included in my online order..
