I went in to get our food and employee (Haydn) apologized for our food not being ready. He need a water break which totally fine. Then proceeds to say he needed to answer a couple text messages then he’ll get to making my food. I politely said no worries I’ll wait in the car. Watching from the car he was texting then started doing other tasks and prepping more bread. Waiting 10 more minutes and went inside. He said sorry still not done I’ve been busy. We waited 30 minutes outside before getting our food. We then got home and our sandwich weren’t made right. No sauces, missing half the veggies on one, and wrong bread on the other.
