ordered a single cheeseburger an tots, order came quick. drove out took a bite of the burger and it was the worst burger I ever bit into. cold and maybe been sitting out cooked for a while like hours. out the window it went. wont be back. if you serve this meat by product it at least should be hot so you can somewhat stomach the meal.

Food is decent. As far as atmosphere quality... None of the card readers work, not all the display lights in the menu work. Music is horrible, hey corporate! Older people don't want to go to a "classic sonic" hear that.. from sitting close to the front doors .. eating wasn't enjoyable wait seeing the low quality curb appeal of the entire site. The workers do what they can. But the atmosphere wasnt pleasant.

Arrived at 3:41 with no more than two cars there I then placed my order which was literally two drinks and about 20 minutes later I have yet to get my drinks. I checked my receipts and it was the right location and everything. Went and pressed the middle button they came out and brought a drink that wasn’t mine. I showed her my receipt on my app and she said they didn’t have it. she walked away and didn’t fix the problem about two minutes later she brings out 30 drinks to the car next to me at that point i had been there 40 minutes. I called her over again showed her my banking account that it was taken out of my account and she said she didn’t know what to do about it and if i wanted she would bring a manager. To which she did not, when i finally got my drink it was a different person and this was the most disgusting drink i had ever had. I was genuinely scared to drink it, i got a coke with cherry vanilla and sweet cream, same thing i literally always get. I have worked in the food industry before and I see this behavior as unacceptable i am typically a very nice person but these workers need to learn how to handle issues or actually get me a manager to speak to!
