    A bunch of teenagers work at this Wingstop, and honestly, they’re doing a better job than anyone has a right to expect considering the total lack of real training. They’re not the problem — they’re the only ones even trying. What shocks me is that they’re out there improvising grease disposal because nobody ever taught them the basics. You’re supposed to have a grease trap. You’re supposed to use it. That’s day one stuff. Instead, the drainage ditch behind Dollar Tree is coated in fryer oil like it’s part of the kitchen. When it rains, it turns into a rainbow‑slick slide — not because the teenagers are careless, but because the owner is nowhere to be found and the leadership never set a standard. The kids are doing what they were told, or what they think they were told, because nobody bothered to show them the right way. The owner ghosts the whole operation.The CEO should be demanding answers.The teenagers shouldn’t be blamed for following the only example they’ve ever seen. If Wingstop wants to fix this, they don’t need another half‑hearted orientation. They need real training, real oversight, and leadership that actually shows up instead of leaving a bunch of young workers to figure out grease management like it’s a guessing game. Until then, the ditch will keep glowing, the grease will keep spreading, and the teenagers will keep getting blamed for a failure that belongs entirely to the people in charge.

    The food at this location I mediocre and the employees have no customer service skills at all. Not a pleasant place to visit and overpriced for the food you get.

    I tried placing an order online but it wasn’t allowing me to pay on the website. I called the zero location and she said she wasn’t taking any orders because she was having an inspection (at 9:30pm) and couldn’t take my order. She advised me to either go into the location on zero street to place my order or go on the app. I downloaded the app & was still having issues. I then decided to drive to the zero location. As i walked in a lady was slumped over the line playing on her phone (assuming inspection got over within 5 minutes). She asked if i needed to place an order & i told her yes. I pulled up the website and said id like to order the meal deal for 2. She asked my flavors and i said ‘10 plain and 10 original hot.’ She said she couldn’t do it because it was only 15. I showed her the site where it stated it was a 20 piece deal. She shrugged her shoulders and said ‘there’s nothing i can do.’ She acted as if my business was a bother to her. I asked if i could speak with the manager and she threw her hand up while shrugging her shoulder and said ‘i am the manager.’ I then asked who was over her and she said she couldn’t help me. Very unprofessional def won’t be going back to that location. I get people have bad days, but i was literally trying to give you my money lol.
