  Long story short, had to come around 2 times for them to get my order right. Once they gave me a whole different persons order, the next time the got my burrito right but forgot my chips. Had a whole group of people at the window for just my chips. They can tell I was mad and it not hard to remember what the order was. I don’t know if they hired new people and not have them trained enough, but they need to do better. 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Food was cold, paid for extra meat and sour cream on both 5 layer burrito and chalupa. 5 layer burrito had no sour cream and a pinch of meat, and the chalupa had a pinch of meat and all lettuce. Love paying extra for extra but getting less than normal.

  Ordered two beefy 5 layer burritos, a cheesy gordita crunch and a loaded potato grilled, EVERY tortilla was STALE and impossible to bite into, not only this they put HALF the ingredients in these burritos? I get that we did not ask for double but the amount of ingredients/how big the burritos were originally supposed to be should not change because I did not pay for double. Follow your food safety guidelines and replace the waste with FRESH products, no one PAYS for your WASTE. We also got a freezy and they didnt even fill it up all the way.

  They know I don’t eat dairy or meat the girl who always take my order talk like a smart ass and laugh about it and mess up my order 3 time I have to come back around to get it fix It contain meat and dairy after I told them not to add that and put potatoes
