- MTMichael TownsendMar 28, 20265.0I stopped by this location on my way to work. The lady was very nice and friendly. I ordered a 6" BMT. I mentioned the lettuce looked old. It was mostly brown. She agreed and said all the lettuce that came in was brown. She offered to get a fresh bag and show me. I declined. I was leary to ask about the tomatoes boys passing for sliced tomatoes. So o just choose not to ask for tomatoes. I took my 6" BMT with green peppers, onions, and pickles. It was a very sad sandwich. But I had to be to work. I have one comment. I would rather tell customers the restaurant was out of lettuce, than serve brown lettuce. I am just glad I had a coupon for the sandwich.

I've been ordering the exact same sandwich the same way for a decade so I know exactly what I like. When I asked for extra lettuce the employee said she couldn't because there a limit on the lettuce?! I asked for a little extra please a second time and she gave me 3 pieces of lettuce. I'm fed up with this location! I'm pregnant and hungry and I just want a juicy, crunchy, turkey lettuce sandwich. I also asked for light sauce, she squeezed a huge glob of sauce on one end, ran out, grabbed a new sauce and squeezed another huge glob on the same pile of sauce. So I got a flavored bread sandwich with one soggy side and one dry side. What happened to "Subway, build it your way." Aside from that sometimes the vegetables are old and wilted and when I walked in an employee was on speaker phone talking about she was waiting to leave.

She then asked, "What would you like?" I looked at her and said, "HONEY MUSTARD." She said you did say that, didn't you? I was like, yeah, now 3x.
