My first experience at this Sonic location was honestly disappointing. The service felt bland, the staff didn’t seem to know what the order even consisted of, and when I asked about it, the response was basically, “I hope.” The food reflected that poorly made, thrown together, and overall not good at all.
That said, what truly changed my perspective was how the manager handled the situation. After I reported the issue, the manager was immediately on top of it and reached out to me personally. They went above and beyond to make sure our second experience was completely different and it was. The food was made properly, everything was correct, and the experience felt like what Sonic should represent.
Having been a manager before, I understand that sometimes crew performance can be out of your hands no matter how hard you try. What matters is how problems are handled, and this manager made sure the store reflected the standards they expect. When there was a problem, it was acknowledged and fixed, and that level of accountability deserves recognition.
Because of that, I’m willing to give this location another chance. Good management truly makes all the difference.

Absolutely pathetic excuse for a burger. Y'all should be ashamed of yourself. Whoever was behind the grill on 1/15/26 needs to be fired.

Ordered from here twice using door dash.
The first time, two days ago, I ordered my child's favorite food and favorite drink, and I got a cheeseburger and my favorite drink, a cherry coke. I really only wanted the drink and had been craving it all day.
Driver arrives, there's only my food, and my child's drink and no sticker seal on the bag. My kiddo did not get her food, I did not get the only thing I wanted, and nobody is going to eat what's in the bag because no sticker seal. Sorry to the trustworthy and clean drivers, I have just seen too many animals in drivers cars and animals are NOT clean.
Call door dash customer service and get a full refund. Trash the food, order something else from somewhere else and wallow in disappointment.
Well, I ordered again today. Same exact order as last time. My child's favorite food and drink, and just a regular cheeseburger and a cherry coke. I still want a cherry coke. It's been poking at my brain and taste buds for two days now.
Order is delivered, and it's wrong. Kiddo didn't get the onions she asked for, and my cherry coke was literally water with a little bit of cherry flavor in it. The only thing I was looking forward to was not right.
Kiddo is happy to live without onions, but prefers them. I would not be complaining right now if it were just onions one time.
But this wasn't just onions, and it wasn't one time. Literally the only two times I've ordered from this location and it's been all screwed up both times.
Thankfully door dash gave me a refund for the drink.
I do not recommend this place, I will not order from here again.
But seriously, all I want is a cherry coke.
