  I don't know that I have ever given a review this bad, since I am pretty laid back, but I don't know that I have ever had service this bad either so.... I put in an order through the website and, when my delivery arrived, I noticed that my cheese sticks were missing. When I called the driver at they number the text provided she said "sorry that is all they gave me" and considered the matter resolved. Now, compared to other tragedies around the world, this is no big deal but I wanted to let Pizza Hut know that the driver said they didn't receive them just in case this was an issue on the driver's part. This should have been a quick two minute phone call and they should have said that they would get them right back to me. However, I was connected to a call center and was told they could have them to me in about 30 minutes. I explained that didn't seem right since I had already waited for my order and gotten my food. They told me to call the actual store and ask to speak with a manager. I did so, and the person who answered the phone sounded very frustrated that I was even bothering them. He offered to get it back out to me, and I said that I would like to speak to the manager first since that is what the call center suggested. He rudely said "the manager is going to tell you the same thing" and then put me on hold. Now I felt like I HAD to talk to the manager because I wanted them to know how I was being treated even though I was being super friendly and not blaming anyone (I have worked in food service and you don't talk to workers badly because their job is stressful). However, I have now been on hold for 18 minutes and 53 seconds and (for the very first time in my life) I find myself getting pretty upset with a restaurant. I told myself I would write the review and then, if the manager had not picked up by the time I finished, I would post it. It is now over 20 minutes, so I guess posting it is my only option since, either the manager doesn't care to talk to me or the worker didn't tell the manager that I am waiting. Update: as I was getting ready to hit post someone just picked up. I thought this review wouldn't be needed, but then they hung up on me. I guess they realized that I hadn't hung up yet. Worst service EVER. 2nd Update: I really appreciate the response to my review. All I wanted was to let someone know this happened so they could correct whatever process issue existed. Thank you for taking the time to read and respond.
