  Well, normally we always use Papa John’s for our pizza delivery because they’ve always treated us incredibly they have the best service and their pizza is always excellent well today especially it was my brother‘s birthday and he specifically wanted pizza for his lunch. I got on the app and this is the third time that the app was not working it let me enter my whole order and I ordered four items and specifically had to state every single thing I wanted on my pizza because I was customizing it got through all that and I got to the very end and then it gave me a note when I click checkout that said the session has timed out. I did it again as fast as I could. It said the same thing three times then I called Papa John’s because they’re one of the only places that will let me call them and also use a card and take a card number over the phone when I called. It got even worse. The person that answered sounded like a foreigner I could not understand them at all. I don’t know anybody that could have understood them so I just got totally mad and did not even place an order. I don’t know who works the app or if you can get someone else to answer the phone lines, but Papa John’s honestly needs to do something or you guys are gonna lose customers and we order pizza from there all the time delivery

  It's usually fairly easy to order, hardly no wait at all when you call in an order or order online, if you go in and order it's usually about 5 to 7 minute wait. The staff is usually very friendly. The store itself could really use a good cleaning and upgrade, but it's not horribly bad. But the pizza is usually really good little bit overpriced in my opinion. But it's usually really good, and the chocolate chip cookie is always really good also.

  The worst pizza 🍕 I ever had on this side bod the Mississippi. Now I know why they are closing 300 stores. Is not the restaurant is underperform is that management is not doing food quality control. The food quality sucks! I purchased a double cheese not extra. There's a big difference. Double has an extra layer of cheese not sprinkler. I got a semi cold regular Pizza. I sent it back and looks like they sent me the same one but with New cheese sprinkler over it. For 24.00 including the tip for the driver. What a sad way to go down!!! The quality of the food unacceptable. I have 32 yrs. Of culinary experience. They need to redo everything: new recipe,product, flavors, kids friendly menu, more human touch less technology.

  Ordered thru a call center and it was well over an hour late and was cold. Had to find a different number to call a manager and to find out they was trying to deliver to the wrong street and address will never order from here again what a waste of time and money

  I ordered the works and wanted to add jalapeno peppers and they would not do it I even offered to pay for them. They said I can only have seven items on the pizza and I would have to remove one to add to jalapenos. What a crock of crap I will never ever go there!
