- BBBrooks5 days ago1.0Stopped by here on my way out of town thinking it wouldn’t take 25 years to get my coffee (around 6:45am well after breakfast hours had begun). Drive thru lady asked me and only me to pull into spot 1 “while they made the latte”. They proceeded to serve no less than 6 cars that were behind me before FINALLY the same girl came shuffling out to deliver my drink with the speed one would expect from your burnout teenage son after waking him up to get ready for school in the morning. Many people have places to be and want to grab quick bite or a drink on their way. For basic menu items like hashbrowns and coffee, expeditiousness is expected. Now I’m caught in rush hour traffic because I made the mistake of patronizing this location.

Next we asked clearly for 4 ranches and the guy looks at us and said 4 bbq sauces this whole experience was over all sucky and they need to hire better people at the counter or at least people who know how to count to 4 also btw one of our nuggets was not even cooked TERRIBLE!

I returned the drink and explained i did not have time to wait. Asked for a refund. Was yelled at that I was going to be blackballed from McDonald's and was told to pull forward. I again explained that I did not have time to wait. Asked for my money. They refused to give my my refund so I left with out food or my money. Called and explained to manager. She just said. Ok well sorry. I understand it's fast food. But the hostility was uncalled for.
