A few weeks ago I ordered a family wing pack and there were no sauces in the bag when it was delivered and I had paid for extra ranch, then tonight I ordered the same thing and they didn’t include my fries. They said if I wanted them, I had to come pick them up, or I would just get a refund.

Would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order for pickup, originally said it would be ready 20 minutes after I placed the order. We waited 20 minutes to even leave my house to pickup cause the last several times it’s taken longer than estimated. It took well over an hour to get our food. The restaurant itself was filthy. Trash everywhere. Not a single table clean. There were also several other people there waiting for orders one who had already been there for an hour waiting. The people working were all super rude to customers but also just giggling and having a grand ole time playing around. We will never go back to this location.

I'm going to go ahead and go out on a limb and say they were extremely understaffed for a Saturday evening and a game day night. There were only two tables dining in and everybody else was take out. There were at least seven of us waiting!! I'm not sure about everybody else's order but mine was 30 minutes late, which caused me to miss the first 15 minutes of the game! That's a big deal to me. The food was not even hot. Fries were bleh. My lesson has been learned.
