  I called to place an order over the phone, to begin the girl was very rude and did not even pay attention to what i ordered, i ordered tenders and i ended up getting interrupted asking what flavor WINGS after repeatedly saying tenders for my order and also got my flavor incorrect. after getting my order and seeing it was incorrect, i asked to have the wings changed to tenders and instead was charged for an entire new 7 piece tender and had to pay for that as well as my past order then they kept my last bag and said i could not have that back when i had already paid. i then tried to ask for a refund due to my old bag being taken and kept but instead they said they could not and made an entire new order again. I was dealing with them for 2 hours and should have only taken 35-50 minutes. Management and employees have no care for the store or customers. Whoever was on shift Feb 24 2026 around 7:30p-10p, if you don't want to work there or can’t respect the public, find a new job.

  I consistently have issues when I order from this location. They forget stuff in the order and have done so multiple times. I finally had enough and called one day asking for a refund due to items not in my order and I was told they couldn’t issue a refund bc there was no manager. I called back again the next day and was told the same thing. Never got a refund. Then today I ordered online for delivery…after waiting an hour and a half for my food…I called and they said “no one has picked it up yet.” Which I understand they partner with DoorDash…but when I asked just to have a refund she told me I would have to drive all the way to the store to get a cash refund. Insane. Will not order again. Someone from upper management needs to get involved here.

  Best wingstop around. Great food and great workers go above and beyond for their customers.

  They are so petty it makes zero sense.. you can get a 20wing piece by itself and they do not let you get ONE single dipping sauce.. Please explain this wingstop on grand , please

  I had ordered two pretty decent sized meals here and waited almost 1 hour and twenty something minutes just for all of my food to be cold anyways. My wings weren’t that big, probably the size of my big toe and was pink inside. I couldn’t tell you how many people were getting irritated. As I was sitting in lobby I also noticed mold on the ceiling. 🤮 never felt so sick. Management is really irresponsible. Maybe sending videos to their HR will help.
