Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Customer service experiences varied widely, with some praising friendly staff while others reported rude or inattentive service.

Pricing Concerns

food is average, not bad, but the pricing is insane. Probably won’t be coming back as other fast food restaurants have better value

Pretty decent burger decent fries decent onion rings the thing is if you've been to a Whataburger in Texas and Texans will understand this it ain't the same restaurant whataburger in Texas you feel valued this one here they'll take your order and smile and be friendly but you won't get those french fries crispy like you asked for them you won't get light condiments on your burger that'll end up in your big white beard seems like they just don't care very much here

Came in here on tonight, myself and a friend. The lobby had gotten full. We were greeted with a bright smile from tybreka at 1130 pm. 1130 y’all .
She took our order! I also heard someone leaving thank her. We received our food in a timely manner and it was Fresh! Good job to this team. Those fries were so fresh and crispy! Need somewhere to go late night, this place is a WIN!
