The shift manager told me that i had to wait until Monday for the General Manager to refund me because the policy had change on refund. The shift manager didn't offer to cook my food fresh. Instead, as a paying customer i had to ask myself. Poor customer service, lack of professionalism, gaslighting me from the moment I "asked for a refund. Do unto others as you'd like others to do unto you. No matter what your job title or role set high expectations because you never know when opportunities for something greater is in front of you. I'll never go to this location again.
