- MDMorganna DewittFeb 21, 20261.0Never put enough toppings or accept requests for "extra." I've gotten subs here several times and i never get what I ask for. I've been ordering the exact same sandwich the same way for a decade so I know exactly what I like. When I asked for extra lettuce the employee said she couldn't because there a limit on the lettuce?! I asked for a little extra please a second time and she gave me 3 pieces of lettuce. I'm fed up with this location! I'm pregnant and hungry and I just want a juicy, crunchy, turkey lettuce sandwich. I also asked for light sauce, she squeezed a huge glob of sauce on one end, ran out, grabbed a new sauce and squeezed another huge glob on the same pile of sauce. So I got a flavored bread sandwich with one soggy side and one dry side. What happened to "Subway, build it your way." Aside from that sometimes the vegetables are old and wilted and when I walked in an employee was on speaker phone talking about she was waiting to leave.

She then asked, "What would you like?" I looked at her and said, "HONEY MUSTARD." She said you did say that, didn't you? I was like, yeah, now 3x.

Halfway through our meal he turned it back on. LOUD and VULGAR lyrics. I recorded the music however it will not allow me to upload on here. Spent $30 for stale bread and wilted lettuce on top of the poor environment. Never had bad experience at this location until today.

Today’s order they missed all the tomatoes on the sandwiches didn’t add the extra ingredients as requested and barely put any sauce so all the sandwiches were basically dry. And I redeemed my points on this order. Such a waste. Never going back.
