Today we were told they would only take two mobile codes at a time and that we’d need to drive back around just to give the next one. That’s ridiculous—especially during a busy lunch hour! It doesn’t make sense to send cars back through and hold up the line even more. We weren’t trying to make things complicated; we were following the same process we’ve done before. Very disappointing that they can’t accommodate multiple mobile orders in one trip like other locations do.

Normally I would never made a big commotion, but she needs to watch what she mumbles. I arrived at the window ready with my tap to pay. She was still assisting a customer on the headset which i understand. My phone glitched out and she asked me the order to confirm I said yes. Ask about card I said yes give me one second. I fixed my phone and got the tap to pay ready. She proceeds to mumble,”should have answered my question.” That took me off guard and it’s so rude despite if it wasn’t for my ears to hear. If you cannot handle dealing with customers then be a cook. Your words can determine someone day. The lady at the second window very nice. Put her up front. The other lady I hope you have the day you deserve.
