My cheese burger was cold bread was ridiculously hard when I took it back to the front to tell the manager she seemed more irritated that I complained about it No words of apology or anything for that fact just an attitude of you know I'm busy with other things how dare I say my food is disgusting. Won't be coming back here anymore.

It's very irritating because if you use your points to buy it they'll refund your money but they won't refund points... which you spent money to get... so basically you get stolen from if you buy things from this McDonald's. Can't even a test to the food honestly I always have to cancel my order and go to a different McDonald's anyway because this is the only McDonald's incapable of making a frappe. This time I was here at 8:30 sometimes I think it's because it's too late but again I get at 1 am at other McDonald's. Lol I don't know I feel like y'all lose a lot of travel, because I always have to go out of my way to a different McDonald's anyway. I'm going to just stop trying this one. There's no way of knowing until you pay for it and then they take your points...
