  I did a mobile order for curbside, never got my order. Went inside to get it, there were 10 other people waiting for their food and one person at the register. Finally just left because I never got my food. Called to get a refund, was on hold for 10 mins and then told I had to be in person to get my money back. Never go to this location.

  My family and I are doing laundry up the road and stopped in to get hot chocolates to warm up while I clothes wash. It took nearly 10 minutes for 3 hot chocolates (2 of which were just warm milk) and we had to go up to register multiple times to remind them of my sons nuggets. As well as there is no loitering signs posted everywhere but there was a group of teenage boys sitting by the counter clapping everytime the staff was ACTUALLY doing their jobs. By far the worst McDonald's in Fort smith.

  Ordered 2 separate orders at breakfast at 10:28 paid for it and got told to park. They brought the 1st order out and I told the lady we were waiting on a second order and showed her the receipt. She went back in and when she came back out she said her manager already took that order out. I explained that I only received the first order she brought and that no one else brought the second one out. She went back in again came back out and said I had to come in for a refund. I went in and waited in line again just for a refund. While in there there were 2 different people with issues, one not getting their drink they've been waiting a while for after being told to park and the other waiting for sauces she paid for to which they made her show proof of receipt for the sauces. Overall I spent 30 minutes there because of their mess up. I feel like the managers could use more training as this is not the first issue I've had with them.

  Wow like never had i or ever would I go back there when the short pink haired umpalumpa woman is on shift she was so disrespectful to the T I spent 20 minutes waiting on my chicken sandwich which was made sloppy toget home and burger made wrong like her body yes I mad because I called up there to let them know and she told me she'll make a new one naw naw I don't even want this now im upset or you to even remake it for taking sooo long over 30 minutes and it wasn't even busy yes short handed not my problem I came there to eat she want me to wait again for another mess up when she told them no cheese from the counter to the hot table to the grill still had cheese and im allergic to it she gonna say in smart mannered way for the future please let them know no cheese she said I know ur gonna call my boss in the morning naw main office allow them to know that you said it was ok for me to have ur way and remake it excuse me lady did you hear I'm allergic to it and you gave it to me

  I arrived at this McDonald’s at 3:43 earliest, right before I came I checked the store hours and it said it was OPEN 24/7 but when I went up to the menu I heard a lady’s voice saying “We’re closed.” I thought it was rude by her tone but left. And I saw the people behind me getting their food and being served, one car even pulled at the driveway. One star, do better. Then we went back to our location and called, a male voice picked up and we asked, “When do yall close?” And a male voice responded with “we aren’t closing, it’s 24/7” I just hung up.
