  went with my friend and the lobby was closed at 1pm, no big deal just went through the drive thru. we ordered avocado toast, hashbrowns, and a donut. she said the donut wasn’t great but it was also 1pm so i’m sure it was sitting out since the morning so not a big deal. the hashbrowns were horrible like i couldn’t even eat them. and the avocado toast was also pretty disgusting. the “toast” wasn’t even toasted it was just bread.. soggy bread at that. and the avocado was kind of gross too. the employees were super nice tho!

  Affordable, and Dunkin is always a nostalgia thing for me. No matter where I lived there was a DD and their chocolate cake and old fashion donuts never disappoint. The steaming peppermint mocha was wonderful.

  My review is for a specific Dunkin employee —DJ. I received excellent, courteous service! Some other reviews have noted poor customer service and, I would agree, depending on the individual encountered. The Dunkin employees at this location are typically unfriendly and lack good customer service skills. However, to my surprise one day, I meant DJ at the window. D.J. Was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I received atypical service with DJ — I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks coffee but the customer service at these two local business are night and day.

  There is no words in the english dictionary that describes how disgusted i am. The service was horrible, you know what horrible is a understatement. Firstly the person taking my order had a horrible attitude, was severely impatient. So after ordering i pulled up too the window of the drive through, Where he read my order outloud THREE TIMES after “Confirming” that the order was right, (he looked through the bag himself) So i took the bag and looked through it myself when i found that i was missing a sandwich, i asked for it politely with manners, for him to reply with “You were not charged for it so your not getting it” The said sandwich was literally on the receipt and he was trying too refuse too give it too us. So after i got the sandwich with an argument and me having too pay for it AGAIN even though it was on the receipt. I thought i had everything so i pulled off into a parking spot and i went too distribute the food when i realized i was missing a bagel that was for a THREE year old who was sick and could only really hold down the said bagel due too a weak stomach and throwing up. So me being so frustrated i just didnt go back in and decided too go somewhere else for his food, he had too wait another 45 minutes too eat and was crying about how hungry he was. Then after that i went too eat my sandwich and noticed it had cheese after me eating half of it, when I said im severely allergic too cheese directly too the person that took the order. Now im sick! (this hurts me too write this because dunkin is my favorite food chain)
