- COchad o'roark3 days ago1.0We love the food but we have yet to find a store that has great service or atmosphere. Store was flooded with trash. As were the trash cans. Every table needed to be cleaned and no customers were in the store except me and the three that walked in right before me. Steak is never available. I got my wife chicken and she refused to eat it so we spent money we didn’t need too. The counter staff were asking for things and the guys in the kitchen were complaining to them about it. This is at every single one we go too. I’m sure people will ask why do you go there then. Because when you get what you ask for it is good food, but the staff doesn’t care and I don’t think chipotle corporate cares either or it would be different. The trend is that all stores seem to be run the same You need to train your stores in service and inventory. Just sad really. I will withhold the bad photos. I went twice today to give them a second chance. It was worse than the first.
