  I am very disappointed and displeased in the way Buffalo Wild Wings handled a hispanic atmosphere. Three tables of friends walked in to watch a soccer final. No small game at that, Barcelona vs Real Madrid. A final at that. After 20 minutes of waiting and asking the manager to switch one of the 15 tv’s available nothing. The manager did not show and did not try to accommodate their guests. Several guys left staff should do better. I get it is a busy Sunday with football playoffs but everyone should be able to go in and spend quality time with friends and enjoy a game. I bought one beer and left $20 on the table. Did not want change do not want to go back ever.

  The food was good. Our server was amry I believe - a tall blonde server. She wasn’t very attentive and acted like we were bothering her basically the entire time. I thought maybe it was such bad service because she was slammed but I asked how many tables she had and she said only 2 so I’m just confused. I sat with an empty drink for over 20 minutes and I didn’t dare ask another server to get her because of the attitude we received when we asked someone to find her because we were ready to order our food

  The tall blonde girl who worked Friday night ignored us she took 10 minutes to get our drinks and after that we just waited and waited she didn't show up or asked for any appetizers we wanted or our order she just wasn't nowhere to we found and we had to leave it's embassing that this is the second time she done that to us….

  This is the second time we’ve tried to eat here and I shouldn’t have come back after how bad the service was the first time. I had to get up and refill my own drink because our waitress was so inattentive. This time we stood at the front for 10 minutes before we were seated and then sat at the table for 20 minutes before someone came over to take our drink order. We ended up telling her we just decided to go somewhere else. Especially when people seated after us had already gotten their drinks and we hadn’t even met our waitress for 20 minutes! Won’t go back again!

  Went recently, it wasn’t very busy yet it still took forever to get sat. While waiting many workers stared at us and walked away. When we finally got sat it took a while for our server to get our drink orders in. It also took a while for our server to get our food orders. When the food orders were put in it took 30-40 minutes for our food to come out. When our server finally came with the food, she dropped most of it. But when the reorder came in it took maybe 5-10 minutes… Our server took the rest of my party’s checks relatively quickly, but I was left waiting to pay out for around 10 minutes. The server comped my food since it was dropped, which was very nice, and the server was sweet. It just felt like our table was forgotten about despite the restaurant being almost completely empty.
