  If it was possible I would give a zero stars. Every single employee acts like they are forced to be there. I got a veggie bowl and was disappointed by the amount of guacamole I got, she literally hit the spoon so there was bare minimum on it. Did the same with every other topping as well had to ask for double or triple of everything just to get a normal serving. No eye contact, no smile, no hey, how are you, not that those things matter much but it still makes it a better experience if they would. Like I said it always feels like they just absolutely hate there jobs even tho all they are doing all day is prepping food and putting it in bowls, makes me think none of them have ever had a real job besides that or were spoiled growing up. Like damn it doesn’t take much to do your job sufficient. Actually left being mad because we got charged so much for the most mediocre food and service we’ve ever received. One time I even had one of the managers make my burrito because the lady was acting like she’s never double wrapped a burrito and she was even confused on what a veggie bowl was. Even the manager acted like he hated it there. I’ve been tempted to reach out to the higher up at chipotle to see if they could do anything to better this location because it absolutely sucks but it’s like only one within a two hour radios of where I live.

  5 in the afternoon! Out of steak, out of queso, then no ice in the dining area. Instead of filling it back up they took my cup to the back for ice and acted very irritated for having to do so. EVERY table was dirty so we sat at the least dirty table. Used to be a great place but as the 2.7 star rating reflects it doesn’t appear to be changing anytime soon!

  Man I love chipotle but the cost of one burrito and a small side of guacamole without a drink being $18 is ridiculous, there is a lot of people that don’t earn $18 an hour. An entire hour of someone’s 8 hour work day for a burrito is crazy to me.

  You can get bland tasting food from there but it's a rare thing i still enjoy going there

  I ordered a steak bowl, and they literally forgot my steak. Didn’t tell me they didn’t have any or if I wanted a substitution. Also forgot my drink waited at the window and I got something different that was fine but was no one gonna mention my order missing the main ingredient??? the reviews and ratings are accurate. Good food but horrible service - EDITED : the ceo of chipotle should under cover boss this location because damn - btw I complained in the app and got a free entree but still 2/5 stars.
