  Extremely slow drive thru times and inaccurate orders. Rogers Ave and other CFAs up in NWA will have long lines too, but they crank through drive thru orders fast and get you out.

  We had a horrible experience here! Our (large) fries were half filled, the chicken on our chicken sandwiches only took up half the bun, we ordered extra pickles and received none. Customer service was abysmal! And then when I called to let them know, I got hung up on.

  I ordered a chicken club to carry out. The wait of 15 minutes did not bother me. It is when a gentleman from the dine in area carries a sandwich back to the counter because his order was wrong. A manager (i am assuming because he was in a polo shirt) sat it down on a tray then grabbed a fry put both in a bag and then directed one of the ladies that were at the counter to give it to me. I asked very politely if I could get another one. Not because I was wanting to just be difficult but I dont know who touched it at that gentleman's table. He was with 3 other people. The Polo Shirt rolled his eyes and walked back towards the food trays where they are bagging food and clocking them on their screens and came right back with everything in another bag. Now I am sitting here in my car scared to eat it.

  Not as efficient. Used a reward for a strawberry lemonade drink and added large fries. I didn't realize until I got home later that night the girl that took my order and scanned my reward didn't know what she was doing and it didn't go through. The drink reward was still on my app meaning I paid full price for my order. I thought the price was a bit high but didn't question since everything is pricey these days. Unfortunately the reward expires that day so I won't be able to use it. We were traveling so I didn't check as it was a bit hectic in the car. Also, no napkins. Had to use Kleenex I found in my purse to wipe my hands.

  The amount of teenage kids standing around talking and not working is outrageous. Cold food. Missing items. When brought back into the store items were taken from me and shown to all employees in the back, then returned to me, and when I told them they could just trash it, another female from behind the counter said "im not gonna spit in your mac and cheese, lady" when I asked to speak to manager he directed me to "directors" who were nothing but shoulders and "sorry". I ended up taking all the food that I originally got and the replacements back.
