  The Dominos team was fantastic! I got my online pizza order wrong (my fault) and didn't catch the mistake until I went to pick it up. Everyone was very kind and quickly remade my pizza with a great attitude and without making me feel bad for messing up. Mario, the manager, spoke with me while I waited and told me what a wonderful team he has at the store. I could easily see that they put the customer first. What a great experience! Highly recommend!

  Food was hot and ready when I got there. Staff was friendly, and the store was one of the nicest Domino's I've seen in this part of Arkansas

  The last 3 times I went there the food sucks and the didn't get the order rite and the customer service was horrible.

  Rudest store I have ever been to. We ordered a thin crust pizza and marble cookie. Both were burned. I tried to call them several times with no answer. This was 10/31 and on 11/1 I got ahold of them at 8:30 pm. The lady that answered was very rude informing me that thin crust always burns. I informed her no ma'am I have never had this issue at home in Carthage. She was again rude and informed me she was getting her manager. He replaced the food and said it would be there in 30 minutes. We again called several times to be hung up on, and have the rude lady inform us they were slammed. finally two hours later I went and got the pizza. He said he could not find our room finally had to leave. I then asked why they didn't call when they were here? No one answered. There was only one lady in the store and told me she was the general manager. Funny how the lady I had talked to a couple of times had to get her manager. This is the worst dominos ever!!!!
