The onion rings are not good. More on that below. Everything else is 10/10. Sonic is having a MOMENT. The Smashers are among the BEST fast-food or fast-casual burgers. The “limited time” menu is not only seasonally appropriate, it’s culturally relevant. And my GOODNESS those pickle fries. #bringbackthepicklefries There’s a team of young folks that work at this location that will do their utmost to earn a tip. Very sweet kids. It seems like a well managed store. The onion rings, though. They have SO MUCH potential. The breading is that perfect crunchy panko texture. The onion is cooked. But when you bite it, you get a strong essence of maple syrup. Maybe it’s fried in the same oil as French toast sticks? Maybe they salt the onion rings right next to where they drizzle syrup on the pancakes? I can’t imagine that anyone would intentionally mix onion rings with Vermont’s finest. Whatever happens in the kitchen, getting a big whiff of syrup when you expect a salty, umami, crunchy golden O is not appetizing. Luckily my order included some groovy fries, so with my double Smasher, I had a full meal without the onion rings. And Sonic HQ, y’all gotta have your people communicate proactively about withholding ketchup. We don’t expect for restaurants to waste their money on unused condiments in this economy. We do except, after a lifetime of conditioning of ketchup being served alongside our tots and fries by default, to receive said ketchup without needing to request it now. If you want to give away less ketchup, try giving people the opportunity to deny when asked if they would like ketchup with their meal. The groovy fries are a ketchup delivery mechanism, and if I don’t get ketchup with them, it might just break me. In conclusion, pickle fries.

There phone doesn't work. Had a problem with an Uber order, but when I went up there the new manager young guy he made it right. He took care of us and is the only reason we will ever come back. The food was great fresh and hot though. Just don't order from them on Uber eats.

The kind of Sonic where half the stalls are now for the app that no one uses, no one ever parks at; where 3 of the people working there are on break, right next to the sign that says "Now Hiring!"; where the perky little girl who takes your order hears Vanilla in the middle of you ordering a burger, reads back the order to you, but does not input the order into the computer even though she gave you an amount to pay; and then, after 15 minutes, the guy in charge seems shocked when you're frustrated that no one recorded your order and they let you sit there in one of the few stalls on the only side with stalls that takes orders not from their app and seems flabbergasted when you drive away rather than repeat your order yet again to them. I'm reporting this to corporate.

Sonics has just gotten to expensive for what it is. A large thing of tots is 4 bucks for some reason a large chilli cheese tot is 7 bucks. They probably put 5 cents worth of chilli on my tots. Maybe it was whoever was working that day but you can't blame someone who makes minimum wage and has a lot more to worry about than if I got enough chilli on my tots. Its the cooperations fault for not paying their employees a decent living wage so that they will actually care about their job amd what their doing.
