  I go to this sonic all the time, i usually have a great experience and enjoy the food and drinks. But a few days ago and today i’ve had order mess ups. I went to this sonic for lunch today and my meal was delicious and served quickly. I went to get ice cream and my order came out quickly, but was wrong. I went through drive thru to just ask for whip cream because i knew it would be a waste of time to remake the drink (as a fast food worker myself) so i waited and i was instead given a root beer float, and not my oreo cookie dough blast with whip cream. So i went to a stall, i asked for a remake. And when it was brought to me it was still wrong. It was delicious either way but if i'm going to pay extra for topping, id like to get it in my order. Not sure if ill go back for a while, either management sucks or the hops have bad hearing.

  I go there to get soda’s. I haven’t lived in this area for a while, so I was excited when I moved back because that meant I could get my sonic soda fix’s again. Sadly that was wrong. Their sodas taste so bad now. Maybe it’s a carbonation issue, maybe it’s because they don’t clean their machines, whatever it is, sadly, their sodas are bad. I gave it some time and went back a few weeks later and still the same. I really hope they fix this. Also, the weight was horrible, and there was hardly any people there so it shouldn’t have taken him as long as it did.

  They often forget to add the ketchup for your fries. Yes I ask for it when i order. And then they act annoyed when you have to ask again....

  This is my third trip ordering a triple smasher a getting just a regular old burger. Paying for more and getting less. Repeat orders back to guests. I work in the service industry so I understand things get messed up but three times in a row?!
