Avoid this location. I love sonic, but would recommend skipping this location. At the time of placing an order the team member was just laughing among their co-workers instead of paying attention to the client who was actively placing an order. Due to their lack of care for cliental my order was messed up. I was overcharged, and missing products. My order was two burgers, one with a side of mozzarella sticks, one with a side of cheddar poppers, two drinks. Due to their poor care from staff the order was rang in with two burgers, two mozzarella sticks, and cheddar poppers, and two drinks. We tried to correct this, but again the staff was not paying attention and laughing the whole time their client was speaking, and completely misunderstood the correction. Upon arriving home I noticed the missing product. I called the store, and Brandon mentioned I should come in to receive the free poppers. I responded with they are not free because I paid for them, it is missing product. He just said "oh yeah. well you can come by anytime this week to pick them up. sorry for the inconvenience." I will be back to pick them up.
I do believe there is further compensation needed. I did not order the second order of mozzarella sticks, and should not be paying for your employee's mistake.
Conveniently I was not given a receipt, so this has been a hassle to bring to cooperate's attention, but I am giving them every detail possible to find and resolve my transaction.
