    I had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had at this McDonald’s. I placed a curbside order and ended up sitting there for over 20 minutes with no update, no communication, nothing. I finally had to call the store — twice — just to get someone to even acknowledge that I was waiting. Only after the second call did they bring my food out. By that point, I should’ve already known how this was going to go. When I got home, the food was completely cold — not just slightly warm, but like it had been sitting there for who knows how long. On top of that, they didn’t even get my order right. I was given the wrong items entirely. I called back to try and resolve it, thinking they’d at least offer a refund or try to make it right. Instead, I was told I had to physically bring the food back to the store if I wanted a refund. That alone was frustrating, but what made it worse was the attitude I got from the employee on the phone. The tone was incredibly dismissive and borderline rude — like I was the inconvenience for calling about THEIR mistake. There was no apology, no attempt to understand the situation, just a blunt “you’ll have to bring the food back” as if that somehow made sense. At that point, I was honestly more irritated by the way I was treated than the messed-up order itself. Why would I waste more time and gas driving back when the issue was caused entirely on their end? At that point, I had already gone somewhere else to get food because mine was inedible. So now I’m stuck paying for a meal I couldn’t eat, from a place that couldn’t even handle a basic curbside order. I also tried going through support afterward, hoping for a better resolution, but that ended up being just as frustrating. No accountability, no real help — just getting passed around with no solution. This location seriously needs to fix its operations. Long wait times, cold food, incorrect orders, and rude customer service is a terrible combination. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that people should know what to expect before ordering here.

    This is the worst McDs there is I’m convinced. I pickup food there often and each time I say “this is the last time”. They can’t even handle their drive thru line and virtually always make you park and wait. What’s the point at that point. So I’ve taken to using the mobile app and doing curbside. But they don’t start making it until you actually get there, so the wait is basically the same. And today the app wouldn’t let me enter a parking space and instead sent me inside. After 10 minutes of zero people helping at the counter (one guy offered to get me help three times but no one arrived) I just left my food and walked out, $10 wasted but no more shall I give them my money. Terrible location. Terrible service.

    I was in a hurry and yes I realize McDonald's isn't much more than soy garbage with grade E beef to begin but this was low effort even by your standards. You don't have a cashier is that why the empty tables are all dirty and sticky? Do you pay off the health inspector?

    My review disappeared so here it is again, except it's now a one star and not 2. Y'all fail so regularly about making my coffee that I don't even order it anymore. What's so hard about an iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso??? Half the time there's no caramel or sweetener of any kind, and other times there's no extra shot so it just tastes like milk. If you can't make it or you're out of something just say that. Don't send me to work with FIVE DOLLAR CUP OF MILK.
