- SPSky Powell1 day ago1.0Hubby placed an indoor pick up order. All the employees as well as the managers didn’t get up until they got a drive thru order and then proceeded to ignore my husband. My food is now cold and I had to literally microwave my toddlers biscuit. Do better because are you kidding me? McDonald’s continues to go down hill. Just disrespectful
- TRTHE REVIEW5 days ago4.0Okay look the food was good but why oh why are the drink machines gone!😥 Also they did forget about me but we had a large FFA group so I don’t blame them that much.And shout out to the manager who handled an angry customer who said they were gonna come over the counter and make their own food.And then on top of that almost got run over in the drive thru! Poor guy just shook it off and still kept his lid so he’s definitely qualified for his job. But seriously guys,McDonalds ain’t the hood and these poor people dealing with some crazy customers.
- JJJodiMar 25, 20265.0I went through the drive thru and I ordered a mocha frappe. The voice was pleasant, the line moved swiftly, and I was given a receipt when I paid. I received my frappe quickly by an adorable young lady. She was wearing a giant, genuine smile and thanked me as she handed me my frappe. To me, a smile speaks volumes, and I sure appreciated hers. I did have to ask for a napkin like I do at every McDonald's. The mocha frappe I received was perfectly crafted. It had the right amount whipped cream And chocolate drizzle on top. This frappe was the best I'd had in a long time. It was blended thoroughly, as it should, and left no frustrating chucks of ice to clog the straw. It was truly perfect. I'm completely hooked, so please please please never discontinue the magnificent mocha frappe ♡. I was very happy with my whole McDonald's experience. It was a good day all around. Thanks :)
