I went through the drive through of this place yesterday. I ordered a 10 piece McNugget value meal, and upgraded it to large. The large fries container MIGHT have been half full. holding up the cardboard container and looking at it straight from the side, you can not see any fries. Actually , you can see fries, they are fries that are painted on the inside of the container that show you where fries are supposed to be. (see picture) It was not worth it to me to go wait in the drive through, or park and go inside just to try and reeducate them about how to use the fancy tater scoop to properly fill a fry container. (For you see, I have stood at the counter of McD many times watching the fries technician artfully fill the fry container with that scoop, and yearned to have a go at it myself.) I was wondering if they shorted me on the fries on purpose because they looked into my car and observed my rather portly nature. I just kind of passed off the fries conspiracy based upon the possibility that they MIGHT just be looking out for my welfare. Well fast forward to when I am a few miles down the road, and I break out the 10 piece. Something didn't look right. Hmmm... After roll call, I realized I indeed had only 9 nuggets in my nest. Oh well, Since I was already in the mood to forgive because of the fries, I just thought "no big deal." However, as I got closer and closer to that ninth nugget, I became more and more devastated. By the time I ate that 9th nugget, heavy depression had set in. it was almost like a death in the family. To add insult to injury once all nuggets were consumed, and I was grieving over my missing nugget, the bottom of the container displayed "10 McNUGGETS" no less than 12 times. Well, after a reasonable mourning period and a good night's sleep I decided, because of my forgiving nature, to give them another shot. I went back today. I got the 10 piece "super-sized" once again. Once again, they kept about half my fries, I suppose they are running short on fries and need to conserve. it was slightly better, because at least one fry was sticking up above the horizon. However, I am a man that needs my dawg gone fries. I can no longer deal with the crushing disappointment of ordering and paying for a large fry, and receiving less than a medium. I like to have ample fries left over when I finish my nuggets, and start cramming them in my mouth like a cowboy who has just crossed the desert, and is about to collapse from hunger. pictures of... 1. The fake fries painted on the inside of the container, Day 1 2. The McNugget container with the taunting "10 McNuggets" Day 1 3 The last two pictures of the fries Day 2, before I ate a single one.

I am sick and tired of trying to get a coffee in the afternoon and the excuses it’s down. Coffee pots don’t go down and if you have to clean it, you’re talking about a couple minutes. I would advise everybody to avoid the coffee situation altogether because there is some stigma that coffee must be drank In the morning. If this is some kind of problem, I’m sure the countless meetings before they introduced. This could have fixed this simple problem by having two different stations for it. That way when you must do whatever magic trick you do to the one coffee machine the other one is still up and running.

Normally we like this location but today was awful. The lady taking our order was very rude to the point I wanted to drive off. She rushed us when taking the order we didn’t even finish what we were ordering and she had already gave us the total and sent us on our way. I would understand if we were taking a while or was rude back but the fact that we didn’t take long was pretty frustrating. Also when I asked for the name one of the ladies asked why I told her why and she said she wouldn’t give me the girls name but she’d give me hers. She was also rude. Her name was Ashley very poor service. Which I guess I kinda should’ve expected it from McDonalds. The other girl that originally took our order I didn’t her name but she had glasses and dark hair. As we drove off she looked at me smirked then through up a peace sign like she got away with what she did. Really people. Really. I won’t be coming back and we give these people a lot of service.

Melanie went above and beyond to help me learn how to use the ordering kiosk. She explained it,showed me how to download the McDonald's app,she walked me through the steps start to finish. She was super friendly, and she came by our table to check on us to see if we needed a drink refill or if we were happy with our food. Every McDonald's needs a "Melanie" we'll be stopping by again every time we go to Fayetteville.
