Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Customers frequently reported long wait times in the drive-thru, with some waiting over 30 minutes for their orders.
Food Quality
Mixed reviews on food quality; while some enjoyed specific items like the Dr Pepper milkshake and honey butter chicken biscuit, others complained about poorly cooked or bland food.
Customer Service
Customer service experiences varied, with some praising friendly staff while others reported unprofessional behavior and issues with order accuracy.
Cleanliness
The restaurant was generally noted as clean, although some customers reported finding hair in their food.
Convenience
The location is appreciated for its convenience, but issues with mobile ordering and curbside service were highlighted as areas needing improvement.

Literally sitting in the drive thru for 30 minute with one car ahead of me. Absolutely makes no since. Since I ordered I should not have to wait 30min for a burger a fries to be made. Whataburger is the absolute worse in terms of making orders, they take your order and then look at it for 20 minute before starting to cook it.
