I ordered my food and told her I wanted number 1 with 2 BEEF chalupas and make the hard taco soft please!! Then waited in the drive through for at least 15 minutes for one car ahead of me. I pulled up to the window and asked why I’m being charged for .80 cents because my meal comes with the drink? Because it’s a specialty drink I said ok just please give me a normal drink!!! Hands me my food then gets my drink and said oh ya I forgot to tell you the ice machine doesn’t work so I got a hot soda. She could have explained that to me from the beginning customers think they are getting ice cold drinks with their meal. Then I get down the road to find out my chalupa’s are chicken!!!! And no sauce packets. Absolutely no explaining to the customers or no customer service at all. And while I was at the window waiting for my food employees were just going in and out the front door just hanging out outside. What kind of people are being hired these days? If the employees actually were working while there then maybe the wait wouldn’t be so long either
