Almost always have a great experience, unfortunately today the guy that was working, I think his name is Jacob, overcharged me. I told him it wasn't right, he just repeated what I purchased and told me the amount. I paid. It was only a couple dollars. I got my receipt and it was in fact wrong. He refused to listen to me. He acted like i was being crazy. The time before he wasn't paying attention to the order. I am not going to accept his service anymore. If he is the only one there I will leave.

I had ordered from Subway on MLK days earlier so I switched to Walnut and paid with Apple Pay with my Venmo card. Somehow it sent the money to MLK but no orders were sent to either Subway. It’s no ones fault but I’m having a hard time getting my money back.
