  I came to this location on 1/19 around evening time and there were only two girls running the entire store, not sure why but just wanted to let yall know yall were KILLING IT! ❤️ received great service despite it being so incredibly short staffed. Over heard one of them on the drive thru head set and she was very kind. I was very impressed.

  Employees were rude. It was really cold. They were running air on a cold day. I asked them to turn the air off. Two men came in and commented about it being cold. I asked again about the air and was ignored: my husband got a full French dip sandwich. They gave him a small cup au Gus. He asked more more and was told that they can’t. When questioned, they said they give the same amount whether you get half or full sandwich. How does that make sense? They were not accommodating! FYI… I very rarely leave reviews.

  This has nothing to do with this location or crew, they've been fine. However, since I don't do social media I needed to express this to them somewhere. Panera, your ENTIRE brand was build and maintained around baking your bread fresh nightly, and maintaining a clean ingredients list. Now that you've done away with that? I won't be back. Why in the world am I still paying the same high prices for par baked bread with potentially junk ingredients? No, I just ordered your food to my house as I had forgot about this, I won't be having it again. I can get that quality for much cheaper elsewhere. It's my opinion you will eventually tank the business with this move. Terrible choice by your leaders.
