Food took 30 MINUTES for 2 meals and when I confronted the manager she said it was due to her being in the bathroom then walks away. If you’re not happy working somewhere leave 😂😂

This place is absolutely disgusting and terrible customer service. We waited in line for 20 minutes or more for cold food and I got a white milk for my daughter which smelt rotten. The employee was disrespectful to me and so rude acting like I was some idiot. I don’t care what the dates say the milk smelt as if it had spoiled or been sitting out too long. The employee treated us awful and when told he was being disrespectful and rude called us a holes stating we were in “his parking lot” I don’t know what this Mcds is doing but it should probably get new employees. The lady on the phone wasn’t too helpful either why would I drive all the way back with a full milk claiming it smelt gross if it didn’t. That’s dumb and a waste of my time. It’s not that hard to be understanding or have good customer service. Please do better. I guess at least they tried to give us fresh fries but they still taste old so idk how that’s even possible… never coming back here. The employee literally was asking my husband what he was going to do about it when he started cussing my husband out and my husband told him to go away like what the heck this is a professional business not a high school. I had to waste all the food and go to a completely different restaurant because the food was so old and disgusting. I’ll be calling corporate to report this ridiculous behavior
