Showed up and still waited over 45 minutes for some burgers and fries. Definitely not recommending this place if this is how long it takes. Shake because it is closer to me and thought this would be perfect. Not going to wait that long for burgers and fries. No thank you.

No one at the register would help. They just shrugged and said you gotta do it on the app. Not good customer service. They don't offer to help or honor the coupon code. I dont support places like this. When we finally got it to work after a half hour and the food took close to an hour. The place wasn't that busy.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
