This last time, the crust was overcooked and presented stale, the cheese was negligible and only ok on a couple pieces, and the garlic seasoning was very uneven. Not a satisfying pizza and I’ve frequented dominos over 15 years now, as well as have worked at one, so I know realistic quality expectations. Other than the subpar pizza quality, this is the second time in about a month that we’ve come to this location for carside delivery and no one comes out. The app no longer has the “I’m here” button, and even using flashers doesn’t seem to signal to employees that a carside customer is waiting. I don’t know why Domino’s changed the app (which was already an issue for me), but this location clearly doesn’t know how to operate carside delivery. Last time, we parked right out front, turned on flashers, and waited 7–8 minutes before I gave up and went inside, after seeing an employee wandering around with seemingly nothing to do. This time, we parked in a designated carside space further from the store that instructs you to say “I’m here” in the app—which is no longer an option—so again we used flashers and waited. After several minutes, I ended up using a drive-thru I didn’t even know existed or was available when ordering. Both times I mentioned the issue and received only apologies (the first time very half-hearted) with no guidance on how to avoid this problem in the future. I’ll likely drive farther to another location moving forward. Very disappointing for a customer of over 15 years.
